  I'm always looking for good fish and chips and these are right there in the top ten. I was really surprised to find this spot right here in the middle of the desert.
  
  The fish was delicious and the French fries were thick fresh cut potatoes. Service was quick. I loved everything about me meal and can't wait to go back.

  This is a gem in Sun City Anthem Henderson. When I wanted to take a professional mentor to lunch awhile back I called to make a reservation and got voicemail. The manager returned my call and took the reservation as I mentioned this occasion was special to me. The entire experience couldn't have been better.
  1. Service: prompt and attentive. My guest made some special requests (items on the side, healthy options) which were generously accommodated.
  2. FOOD: I should have paused to take a photo as the visual presentation was outstanding in every way. (Having had a roommate who had been a Home Economist at the Betty Crocker kitchens in the midwest taught me to attend to details.) WOW. And the taste and flavor were excellent. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff.
  3. View: seated by the window overlooking a gorgeous landscape.
  4. Unexpected surprise: A stunning dessert arrived when we concluded our meal - artfully presented and scrumptious. The manager must have arranged that when I made the reservation. Impressive. My sincere thanks.
  
  Thankful that we have such an establishment in the community. Of note, I had previously gathered at the bar with a friend for a Knights Game - where there was an appreciative crowd to celebrate our local team. Another positive and memorable experience.

  Excellent new menu! NY Strip was perfectly executed medium rare with loaded baked potato. Ladies had Salmon Puttanesco and both loved it. The server, Elmer, was outstanding as always!

  3.5-4 stars; I rounded up hoping the small service blunders were isolated incidents.
  
  Taylor has wanted to play this golf course for a while, so he suggested trying their restaurant so he could stare at the grounds and manifest his future round.
  
  I was really impressed with their menu, especially for a golf course, and it ensures I'll be back a couple more times to try some of their entrees. Considering it is an upscale course (and it's reflected in the restaurant), the menu is very reasonably priced.
  
  Taylor tried the classic club and I had the blue cheese bacon burger; both served with a choice of fries and both were enjoyable.
  
  The real showstopper here is the incredible dining room views! Wall to wall windows, some floor to ceiling, provide panoramic views of the whole valley. A dinner date will be our next experience and I would definitely recommend this place for a nice date night!

  I was meeting a friend at the golf course to hit a few balls on the range. Rain and wind interfered with that plan. We went with Plan B, lunch at Buckman's. Restaurant was actually pretty crowded, most likely because there were any others who had a golf plans canceled by the rain. Beau, our server, was at our table immediately to get our drink order. excellent service throughout the meal. I went with the half size Cobb (more than enuf for a lunch size portion). The ingredients were fresh and blue cheese dressing was excellent. My buddy got a French dip sandwich with sweet potato fries. He loved the sandwich and I can vouch for the fries, they too were excellent. Check in on Yelp got us free desserts. Apple pie à la mode for me. Really really good. Plus the view is amazing, even on a rainy day.
